Turnkey Refurbishment Project - Capula, Stone - Staffordshire
This project consisted of removing a breezeblock wall, carpet tiles and a section of ceiling. Installing all new electrics, plumbing, additionl lighting & data points. Create a new opening in blockwork wall and install a support lintel to create a new door entrance. Installing a new partition wall to creat a new canteen / amenity area with a polysafe wood vinyl flooring from offices. New Howdens kitchen installed. Partitioning to offices Komfort Komfire 75 Partition system with Tektura white matt vinyl to walls.
