Scope of Work:
 DSP Interiors was appointed to carry out a full turnkey refurbishment at Capula’s premises in Stone. The project involved:

• Removal of a breeze block wall, carpet tiles and a section of suspended ceiling
• Installation of new electrics, plumbing, lighting and data points
• Creation of a new doorway by forming an opening in the existing blockwork and fitting a structural lintel
• Construction of a new partition wall to form a designated canteen and amenity space
• Supply and installation of a new Howdens kitchen
• Fitting of polysafe wood-effect vinyl flooring to separate the canteen from the office area
• Installation of Komfort Komfire 75 partitioning system to offices, finished with Tektura white matt vinyl wall covering

Project Highlights:

• Seamless integration of new utilities and structural elements
• High-spec finishes throughout

Completed to a high standard with minimal disruption
